Novo Hotel - Riyadh

I had a wonderful experience at Novo Hotel, which is a brand new hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impressive, and I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed. The staff made my stay even better; they were always friendly and willing to assist, with special thanks to Hamad at the front desk. The food was enjoyable, and the hotel’s design created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

I had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient, right near major attractions, which made exploring so easy. The staff were friendly-they even greeted us with delicious Arabic coffee upon arrival. Plus, the cozy ambiance during the festive season really made me feel at home. I loved how the place was decked out for the holidays; it certainly put me in the Christmas spirit!

There were a few hiccups. The breakfast options lacked variety, which was a bit disappointing. I encountered some maintenance issues in my room, like a broken toilet seat and cleanliness concerns. The service in the restaurant could be a bit slow too. Despite these issues, I still had a nice experience overall!

We had an very nice stay at novo hotel. the brand new furniture and beautiful interior design made our experience even more enjoyable. the staff were friendly and professional, always eager to help. we particularly cherished the amazing location right in the city center and appreciated the upgrade to a panoramic suite with a stunning view and a jacuzzi. our visit was lovely.
